**Professional On-Site Care | 30+ Years of Experience**

I would be honored to partner with you and have your event serve as my next client. Ensuring the safety of your patrons is my top priority. To give you a clear understanding of my qualifications, I bring over 30 years of dedicated experience across military, civilian, and active emergency fields:

• Military Service: 4 years as an active-duty U.S. Army Firefighter (1997–2000) & 14 years as a National Guard Combat Medic (2009–2023).

• Civilian Emergency Services: 20 years with the Henry County Fire Department.

• Current Practice: Actively working as an Advanced EMT (AEMT) on a 911 emergency ambulance for Atrium Health Services.

📋 Scope of Services Provided

• 24-Hour On-Site Care: I remain on-site and available 24 hours a day for the duration of your event to handle any medical needs, including overnight emergencies.

• Minor Medical & Preventative Care: I manage minor medical issues to maintain safety support and help minimize preventable accidents.

• Emergency Coordination: In the event of a major medical crisis, I will coordinate directly with local Fire and EMS agencies to ensure a rapid, seamless response.

• Educational Component (Included): I will host a first aid class for event attendees focusing on proper equipment usage and improvised first aid techniques for remote environments.

🏕️ Logistics & Requirements

• Self-Sufficient: I provide all of my own medical equipment (with the exception of an AED). I am completely self-sufficient regarding lodging, food, and water, and will bring my own tent and camping setup.

• Vehicle Requirement: The only resource I require from the event is the use of a side-by-side (UTV) to ensure I can rapidly access and transport patients who may be away from the main camp area.

💰 Pricing

• $750 per day until 2027

• This all-inclusive rate covers round-trip travel, 24-hour on-site availability, the educational class, and the cost of all medical supplies utilized during the event.*
